When a resident connects to Wi-Fi, they’re logging into their own virtual network, not a shared open network. All their devices (phones, tablets, printers, TVs, thermostats, etc.) are automatically assigned to their PAN, and only they can access them. No other resident can see or communicate with devices outside their own space. Each PAN is fully encrypted, managed by Spot On’s system, and works seamlessly across the entire property — from the apartment to amenity spaces and garages.
